COVID-19 Vaccinations for Vets - The Hampton VA Medical Center (https://www.hampton.va.gov/services/covid-19-vaccines.asp) is currently (as of 2/10/2021) making appointments for COVID-19 vaccination at their facility for enrolled veterans age 65 and older or at high risk of being exposed and have underlying conditions. Appointments can be made by calling 757-722-9961 extension 7500. The person answering said, “If we can pull you up on our system (you’re enrolled) you can get an appointment – we have vaccine and can make appointments as early as tomorrow.” If you have not yet enrolled with the Department of Veterans Affairs you may call 877-222-8387, opt 1 for assistance in enrolling. You should have your military discharge papers available when calling to enroll. All veterans should apply for enrollment even if you are not eligible for treatment at the VA Medical Center - see https://www.va.gov/health-care/eligibility/ for more information.
